Once the Windows 10 Os starts, a 10 seconds delay is by default set. This 10 seconds delay is provided so that the system perform important system tasks before loading  desktop apps which starts eating memory. But, if you have a PC with Good Configuration, preferably SSD drive , then you may disable this delay and speed up the startup process of Windows 10 Computer.

1.  Search Regedit in the windows 10 Taskbar search.

2. Click on the Registry Editor icon  to open Registry editor.

3. Once the Registry editor Opens Up browse to the following location.

  1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
  2. SOFTWARE
  3. Microsoft
  4. Windows
  5. CurrentVersion
  6. Explorer
  7. Serialize

Note: If you are unable to find Serialize Key once you expand explorer, then do this.

Do a right click on explorer and then Choose New > Key and name it Serialize.

4. Now, select Serialize and in the right side , right click on empty space and choose New > DWORD (32-bit) Value

5.  Name this new key StartupDelayInMSec

6. Now, Double click on StartupDelayInMSec  and Set the Value data to 0.

Thats it , you have disabled Startup Delay.

If in future , you do not want this and want to re-enable it, Just delete StartupDelayInMSec.
