The leaves are changing and so are we. We all started 2019 off by setting the bar high. Hopefully, you feel fulfilled in all of the goals you set for yourself. If not, no stress babe! There is still time to turn it all around before we need to ring in yet another new year!
Fall is all about a transitioning period. It is natural to feel a little jumbled during this time. Tons of things are happening! Football season kicks off, school goes back into session, and the holiday season begins. Remember to take time for yourself in the middle of all the hectic curves life will throw at you.
The official start of fall is marked by the Septemeber equinox. This is the moment that the Sun appears to cross the equinox and heads south. There are differences in the calendar from year to year, so the equinox date varies. This year, it falls on September 23 at 3:50 A.M. EDT.
One great thing about the fall season is the abundance of seasonal fruits and veggies! Make sure to stock up on hearty ingredients like sweet potatoes, broccoli, parsnips, carrots, brussles sprouts, cauliflower, kale, and pumpkin. Or treat your sweet tooth with some juicy apples, pears, pomegranates, grapes, and cranberries. Everything will taste super fresh and delicious around this time of the year.
